Hello! I'm Charlotte, I've worked in Recruitment and HR for over 15 years and I have spent 1000's of hours reviewing applications, interviewing, coaching and developing people.

I'm originally from the UK but now live and work in Singapore, one of the most competitive jobs markets in the world.

I love people, and celebrating all of our uniqueness! That's probably why I choose to study my degree in Psychology.

My journey through the world of HR has taken me from the private sector to the public sector, education, government and even the world of charities. With each step, I've gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that I'm eager to share with you.
